Continuous improvement is what we stand for at EuroMouldings. That means we take a very critical look at ourselves and at our machines. To really understand the areas for improvement within our production environment, we have implemented Motivate's digital solution. This allows a real-time overview of problems and machine downtime. We analyse this data and by taking action, we can do more with the same machinery.
Improving together works
The improvement process is embraced by the entire company. Rather than top-down, we all work together to optimise the production process at EuroMouldings. In every shift, an employee is responsible for improvement actions and for disseminating the software. This ensures support and commitment. Because our employees appreciate the data insights, we were able to keep rolling out the software to a new machine. Nobody likes downtime, so everyone saw the benefits almost immediately.

Professional dashboards
A major advantage of real-time insights is that a convenient overview can now also be provided in the form of professional dashboards. Faults are thus monitored and action is taken faster. In this way, EuroMouldings' productivity keeps increasing, even though the factory is not growing in square metres.
