Our organisation is growing and continually evolving. Our HR department needs to grow alongside EuroMouldings' ambitions. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in this development. You will have the freedom to contribute ideas, take initiative, implement improvements and make a real impact. Your ideas, structured approach and initiative will help us shape the future of HR.

Your role

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be the link between HR processes, systems and people. You will ensure that the foundations are in place and help us organise HR more intelligently and efficiently.

You combine a hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset. You maintain oversight, identify opportunities and turn them into tangible improvements.

You will be part of the HR team, working closely with the HR Manager and HR Administrator. Together, you will ensure professional and efficient HR support across the organisation. You will report to the HR Manager.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will look beyond the way we work today and consider what lies ahead. You will keep up to date with developments in HR and the labour market, translating them into practical improvements for EuroMouldings. In doing so, you will help us prepare for change and continuously develop our HR organisation.

What will you do?

  • Optimise and improve HR processes, ensuring they are efficient and fit for the future.
  • Act as a key user and functional administrator of our HR systems, contributing to their ongoing development, digitalisation and automation.
  • Work with the HR Administrator to ensure reliable HR data, reports and dashboards that provide insight and support decision-making.
  • Monitor the quality of HR processes and contribute to professional, consistent HR administration.
  • Support and initiate HR projects in areas such as onboarding, sustainable employability and HR professionalisation.
  • Monitor developments in HR, the labour market and relevant legislation and regulations, translating them into opportunities, improvements and practical actions for EuroMouldings.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager and make recommendations for the further development of HR processes, systems and policies.

Who are you?

You are an HR professional who looks beyond day-to-day tasks. You enjoy creating structure, improving processes and helping to build a professional HR organisation.

You bring:

  • A proactive and independent approach, with a keen eye for improvement.
  • An analytical, accurate and structured way of working.
  • The ability to switch easily between operational tasks and improvement projects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage colleagues in change.
  • A completed bachelor's degree, for example in Human Resource Management.
  • Several years of HR experience, for example as an HR Administrator, HR Officer or in a similar role.
  • An interest in HR systems, data, digitalisation and process optimisation.

What do we offer?

You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the further development of HR. You will be given plenty of scope to take initiative, along with opportunities to develop your skills and career.

In addition, we offer:

  • An important role in the continued professionalisation of HR.
  • A high degree of freedom and responsibility to implement improvements.
  • An informal working environment with approachable colleagues and short lines of communication.
