Who is EuroMouldings?
We produce plastic bottles and jerry cans at Ambachtsweg 3 in Nijverdal 24/7. All packaging is produced using the process: extrusion blow moulding (EBM).
Our diverse machine park, with more than 40 machines, offers the possibility of blowing a variety of packaging. Both single-, double- and quadruple-sided packaging with capacities ranging from 250 ml to 25 litres. Originating from our standard range or customer-specific range. Customers we serve come from various sectors such as the oil and lubricant, cleaning and food industries.
As a Mechanical Technician …
You ensure that new orders come off the conveyor belt without a hitch. Every day, you are involved in converting our machines by changing moulds and perform process support tasks in case of product changes, material changes and newly started (pilot) productions.
In addition, you support production in terms of product quality and cycle times. You have daily consultations with our planning department about the nature and duration of your work. You are also in regular contact with our quality department to check whether the (new) order meets the specifications.
Finally, you manage technical parts and advise on their procurement.
Who you are:
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering or have the aptitude to master this quickly. In addition, you like to work independently, accurately and have the patience to find the right solution so that we can ultimately deliver a high-quality product.
What we offer:
A position in the day shift (with +/- 4 weekend shifts per year), but after a thorough induction period it is also possible to work in shifts.
In total, we work with 170 employees at EuroMouldings. The team you will be part of consists of 14 colleagues. In addition, as described above, you will have daily contact with the planning, the quality department, but also with our production manager.
With full-time employment in the day shift, we apply 25 vacation days and 11.5 ATV days. Training opportunities go without saying so that you can perform at your best in your new position!
